 Please note that due to the personalized nature of the portrait, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Furthermore, if you wish to approve the initial sketch, please mention this when sending your photos. Otherwise, it will be understood that you only want to receive the surprise of your final portrait!

 No changes or revisions are possible once the sketches have been approved. If you do not request to see the sketches, the portrait will be final and cannot be modified.
