DELIVERY POLICY

CANADA & UNITED STATES:

Following payment, your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days *with the exception of custom portraits. We ship using Canada Post (USPS) and GLS-DICOM. Shipping times vary from 2 to 7 business days for CANADA and 4 to 12 business days for the United States. Deliveries are scheduled exclusively on business days, from Monday to Friday. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 before taxes.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays that occur after your order has been shipped. We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but occasionally an item you ordered may be unavailable. We will contact you as soon as possible if anything prevents us from fulfilling your order. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to taxes or customs duties. Please note that any fees associated with these purchases are always the responsibility of the customer.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ABOUT RETURNS: We offer a 30-day return policy following the receipt of your item. If you have any further questions after reading this information page, we invite you to contact us directly via the "CONTACT" box on our website.

ONLINE RETURNS: You can return any unused product in perfect condition for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. In the event that a product is defective, was damaged during shipping, or if an error occurred with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM: The item's receipt and its original packaging are required. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you. If you are unsure about the condition of the product you are returning, please contact us beforehand. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Upon receipt of the returned products, the amount of the item + applicable taxes will be credited to the payment method used to place the order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sale items as well as custom portraits and personalized orders are final sales.
We will cover the shipping costs only if the products you ordered are delivered damaged, defective, or with an error. In any other case, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs required to return an item.
Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.
In the event that the items cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
When making a return, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address.

Cancellation Notice Period

To prevent your next payment from being processed, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 5 business days before your scheduled renewal date.
